When You Arrive

When you pull in, you’ll be greeted by our friendly service team who will check you in and confirm what’s being done.

• Note any concerns you’d like us to look at

Once that’s done, your vehicle heads through to the workshop.

Your Options While You Wait

We know everyone’s day looks a little different so we give you a few easy options while your vehicle is with us.

• You’re welcome to stay onsite, relax with a hot or cold drink, and make use of our free WiFi if you need to get some work done
• If you’d rather head off, you can book a loan vehicle (subject to availability)
• Or we can organise a complimentary Uber to help get you where you need to go

Just let our team know what suits you best and we’ll take care of the rest.
